![]() ![]() Keep this delay in mind with working out sync with video in OBS. The drawback here is that there's a solid delay that is distracting when speaking. To hear the sound on your end as well, go into sound control panel and check "listen" in the properties of VoiceMeeter Output (recording tab). VB-Cable - select this as "hardware out" in VoiceMeeter, then as the source in Zoom VoiceMeeter to mix down my mic and other input sources. Windows 10 App Volume and device preferences allows me to route the sound of the apps I want to be part of the meeting. I dream of doing it all in OBS, but I don't see a way of doing that right now. I'm currently working on a solution for a similar purpose. There's a lot more you can do with OBS and chat software. ![]() Find your audio settings and make sure your Mic or Input is set to Line 1 (virtual audio cable) or VB if you're using that.In your video chat program, whatever you decide to use.You could also add obs virtual cam and use OBS as a webcam as well so everything you're broadcasting in OBS (video wise) is displayed as your webcam. Now anything being sent to monitor in OBS goes through your virtual audio cable. On your mic you want to use with zoom or whatever select monitor only (mute output). On OBS main screen where it says Audio Mixer click the gear icon and go to advanced audio properties. In obs settings/audio set monitor to Line 1 (virtual audio cable) or VB if you're using that instead.Install VAC or VB - Audio Virtual Cable. However, I can't hear anything and my friends can't hear me either. I made sure that the VAC Out is set to the VAC setting.Īfter doing this, and applying the filters I want to manipulate my microphone sound to my liking, I start a Google Meet meeting and choose the Audio settings to use the VAC (while OBS is open). Then in OBS, I created the following Scene and Sources. Then I made sure to check that the sound is also set to the VAC as well. So with VAC installed, I made sure the Windows 10 Sound settings reflected the new Virtual Cable for Output and Input. In OBS in the audio mixer setting switching what I wanted sent to zoom to monitor only I was able to control exactly what I wanted from within OBS to be sent as an output to zoom. basically middle portion of your comment hah ![]()
